If you haven't already the first thing you want to do is register on the website.  Registered users can see all the parts of OurLunigiana.com, visitors can only view the calendar and links.  If you want to post on the forums as well you will need to register there separately (although we suggest you use the same username and password you used to join OurLunigiana.com).  When you log onto the forums you have the options to keep yourself logged in for up to a year (we obviously don’t recommend doing this on a shared computer!). Once you are registered you can start browsing or contributing to the site.

If we look at the links on the right hand side of the screen you will get an idea of what you can access.

Home
This will take you back to the home page from wherever you are.

News
Here we’ll have any items of news we think you may be interested in.  If you are interested in adding your own news to this part of the site you’ll need to contact Paul so that he can raise your security level to allow you to do this.  They will still need to be ‘published’ by the site as long as there is nothing ‘untoward’ in the article.

Forum
This is our interactive place for discussing everything and anything about our views and experiences over here.  Only registered users are allowed to post or reply to messages (we will actively manage the user list to prevent ‘spammers’ from invading our groups!).  If you think we need a new category in the Forums just send me a note.

Reviews
Here we want to make a list off all the good (and not so good!) experiences we have had.  We have made a list of all the companies and individuals we have come across, but we need everyone else to add entries here and to add anything to current reviews so that everyone can get as much of an idea of a place or business before trying themselves.  You can simply click the ‘rating’ option to give you mark from 0-5.  If you want to add some text to the review please send this onto us.

Events Calendar
Here we want to create a list of everything we know is going on in Lunigiana and the surrounding area.  This will be particularly useful to anyone who isn’t living out here fulltime or lets their property as a resource to what is going on when you are here.  Only registered users can post events.

Links
A list of a number of interesting or useful websites.  Any registered user can add their own weblinks (from your user menu in the bottom left).  If anyone notices a weblink that is no longer working please let us know.

Guides
Here we want to create a list of guides or advice on getting things done over here with the minimum of fuss.  There is little there now, but a list of proposed guides.  If you think you can produce, or help produce any of these (or others you may think of) then please contact us.

Only available to registered users, this is a place for any member that’s wants to to put up a small page with their contact details and details of what they are doing over here, as well as any services they may offer.
